Application for Membership in the Blue Max R/C Flying Club
One Time Initiation Fee: $30.00
Required for New Members.
One per family/household.
Covers all immediate family members under the age of 18 in household.
Super Senior - No Initiation Fee.
This covers the cost of your club hat and membership badge with name.
ANNUAL DUES
$50.00 Open (Age 18 - 64)
$40.00 Associate (non-flying)
$25.00 Student (Age 17 and under)
$37.50 Senior (Age 65 and older)
$20.00 Super Senior (Age 80 and older)
ADDITIONAL FAMILY MEMBERS
$15.00 (Ages 13-17)
FREE (12 and younger)
NOTE:
Membership dues cover the cost between the time of acceptance and December 31.
If you join September 1 through October 31, you will pay 50% of the above dues.
If you join November 1 through December 31, you will pay the full dues amount and this will cover you until December 31 of the following year.
The full initiation fee is required regardless of application date.
AMA membership is required for membership in Blue Max R/C Flying Club, Inc.
(Associate Membership does NOT require AMA Membership)
